In Haber’s own words, "This song is very personal to me, as it’s about finding light in the dark moments and supporting mental health and wellness.” Nicole Haber tackles a very personal experience with lyrics that are both powerful yet delicate. Purposefully releasing the song during the darkest days of winter when many people suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, Nicole hopes “This song sparks a vital conversation about mental health, creating space for healing and ensuring no one feels alone at their 'Rock Bottom.'"
On November 23rd, 2024, Nicole Haber was part of the mental health awareness fundraiser event One Beat at Toronto's Collective Arts Taproom. The show was the first ever international event for the Jake Luhrs not-for-profit organization HeartSupport and Haber brought the energy as always, in a supporting role.
